Our raw hair is 100% raw human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor so we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our raw hair comes in straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. You may send back your hair and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future refunds exchanges must be done at your expense.
Ordering With Naomi Luxe Hair Boutique
When paying with a credit card, at checkout we ask that you confirm that you have read the policy and approve that the cardholder authorized the payment.
What is a verification process?
If our system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will place your order on hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety and protection of our company and the card holder. You will need to email a state issued photo ID and card used to purchase the order. All important information can be blacked out leaving the names, address, and last 4 digits on the card available. We are not asking for information that was not already submitted to the website. If required information isn't sent , we may cancel and fully refund your order.
What is the processing time?
Naomi Luxe Boutique requires up to 5 days processing time and up to 5 days for you to receive your order. Processing time is standard for both priority and express shipping. Signature is required on all orders. If our system detects your order is a potential risk of fraud we will place your order on hold and issue you an order verification email which may result in a full refund of your order. Unit processing time varies (normally 2-3 day processing time).

Naomi Luxe Hair Boutique currently requires you to pay invoices sent on or before the specified due date unless we've made prior arrangements to be easier for you. You are agreeing to this when you do shop with us and we thank you for your business.
